We have an immediate opening for the following position:
Position: Office Assistant
Pay: $13.00 to $15.00/hr Depending on Experience *Paid Weekly!
Type: Full-time | Temp to Hire
Location: Honolulu (Kalihi), HI
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Updating Excel databases
• Typing documents
• Running errands
• File maintenance (paper and electronic)
• Answer phones
• Assist in planning
• Research and retrieving information
• Maintain cleanliness of office
• Assist in other clerical duties as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College Degree in Business Administration is a plus but not required
• Proficient in using a computer (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Type at least 35 wpm
• 1+ years experience in office administration
• Some Bookkeeping experience is preferred
