Office Assistant- Temporary (Part-Time)
We are seeking a computer proficient, customer service-oriented office administrator to join our growing team located in Waipahu.
Location: Waipahu/ Kunia
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-12pm
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Primary Role
Position will start off as part-time and grow into a full-time office administrator for an apartment complex. Individual will handle administrative tasks and scheduling while overseeing the daily office operations. Entry level okay, we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Schedule employees with jobs and projects. Schedule jobs in the calendar.
Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers. Handle emails and other communications.
Perform general office duties and errands. Greet and welcome customers.
Manage filing systems, data entry, updating spreadsheets and reports. Maintain the appearance of the office and order office supplies equipment.
Requirements:
Proficient with Office computers, MS Office and various software applications.
Must be organized and able to prioritize.
Able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or in writing.
Excellent customer service and willingness to jump in and help.
Great at working with others and team oriented.
Great at juggling ongoing projects and able to multi-task.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Office experience required, but we are open to training the right candidate.
