Our company is a growing family owned and operated business specializing in contract furniture and storage. We are an authorized dealer in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim for Haworth (www.haworth.com), KI (www.ki.com), and Spacesaver (www.spacesaver.com).
We are seeking someone that is EXTREMELY organized, EXTREMELY detail oriented, excellent communication skills, technologically proficient, self-directed, team player.
This position will be responsible for all incoming phone calls and will facilitate connection with our sales department, internal group support staff, and operations department. This position will also maintain our working showroom and samples library and will be responsible for office management. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with book-keeping, provide administrative support for senior managers, schedule and participate in meetings and events.
We're looking for someone with the following:

- MS Office / computer skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Contract Furniture Industry experience a HUGE plus!
