Ruby On Rails Lead Developer - Remote - $115k+

We are seeking a Ruby On Rails/SQL full stack developer to fill a permanent role as the lead developer for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This is a remote position with EST work hours.

Job Summary:

In this role you will have full autonomy to evaluate problems and provide solutions that will improve internal business operations, client satisfaction and ensure the solutions are scalable as the company grows. You will also provide day to day coding solutions as issues arise and ensure all third-party software is integrated into the company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, testing and implementing third party software when that is the best solution
• Manage vendor relationship
• Prepare ROI presentations for leadership to best understand your vision
• Startup environment so will manage requests from all parts of the company and helping business partners align on a technical solution

Qualifications:

Education:

• BS degree in relevant field

Required:

• 5+ yrs Ruby on Rails
• 2+ yrs SQLServer
• Business Analyst Skills
• Agile experience

Preferred:

• Startup Experience
• Experience in healthcare IT including EHR, EMR and HIPPA

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal, and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
