POSITION SUMMARY
Executes and oversees business activities with assigned customers to meet targeted business objectives. Develops, fosters and owns the business relationship across applicable product lines (primarily last mile solutions) with particular focus on execution and client success for the company.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
1. Works closely with operations team to facilitate flow of communication to support customer success.
2. Contributes to the solution of operational issues related to the execution of client wet sand supply chains.
3. Develops and fosters the business relationship, owning the commercial life cycle of client contracts.
4. Analyzes operational performance and both compiles and conducts periodic performance reviews with clients.
5. Visits with customers at the wellsite to maintain positive relationships and continuous support.
6. Develops a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges that the customer faces and shares with the operations and sales teams.
7. Builds relationships with purchasing managers and engineers from customer organizations.
8. Proactively works towards strengthening the relationship between Pronghorn and customer by pursuing opportunities to sell products and services from across Hi-Crush’s portfolio.
9. Manages, monitors and analyzes competitor activities to assess threats to customer accounts.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
1. Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in engineering or related field
Experience & Skills:
1. Energy Industry experience required (3-5 years minimum)
2. Completions services field experience required (ie: frac, wireline, coil tubing, etc.)
3. Excellent written/oral communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
4. Advanced computer skills required. Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5. Intermediate knowledge and experience in technical sales/marketing role, strong technical/operational knowledge of frac site operations through on the job experience
6. Ability to interact cross-functionally and at various levels, within Pronghorn and at customer organizations
7. Ability to work well in a matrixed environment, interacting with both business development and operations teams, as well as maintaining close communications with the customer in order to represent the customer’s needs effectively
8. Must be willing to travel, this including traveling to field and client corporate locations regularly
