Senior Consultants are assigned to each client project to provide subject matter expertise in their respective scope of knowledge. Senior Consultants report to the assigned Principle Consultant for the project. Depending on the size of the project, they are supported by a team of Consultant(s) and project support staff and are responsible to execute project deliverables. A Senior Consultant must be able to navigate client expectations and the project team to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables and to fulfill the contract scope.
Provide subject matter expertise and technical assistance to clients per the contracted scope of work.
Facilitate meetings with executives and stakeholders, as needed.
Execute project deliverables with the highest standards of quality, timeliness and cost-efficiency.
Proactively identify and elevate project risks to the Principle Consultant, as appropriate.
