Job Description

We have an opening for a full time Administrative Assistant for our construction  firm. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem solver with exceptional communication skills. This role will focus on impactful projects and become deeply involved in the business. An effective person in this role with be motivated to drive positive change in the organization, balancing organizational needs with creative solutions-while always maintaining confidentiality, integrity & professionalism.


Salary : $23.70 - $28.50/HR

Administrative Duties: 

  • To look after the complete office work, reviewing e-mails and forwarding it to the appropriate departments / concerned persons;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients;
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries;
  • Establish work priorities as per preference;
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment;
  • Collect documents from clients
  • Complete immigration application forms & related paperwork
  • Screening candidates
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Shipping/Receiving
  • Account Payables and Receivables.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to priority and multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft office / QuickBooks / Sap
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
