The Role

The Salesperson is responsible for securing individual new business revenue while managing an assigned portfolio.

The Team Member We Need

The ideal candidate possesses key prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers.

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to

  • Completing needs analysis on prospective customers throughout the city
  • Development and maintenance of strong customer pipelines
  • Reporting and communicating customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improving sales performance through feedback
  • Analyzing the territory / market’s potential, tracking sales and maintaining status reports

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required (Construction, Horticulture, etc.)
  • Ability to create and communicate effective sales presentations both written and orally
  • Profit-Driven ability to find ways to cut costs, improve efficiency and increase margins
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
