Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant

We're hiring an organized administrative assistant. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner, and planning appointments for employees. Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates

  • Data entry
  • File scanning
  • Mail handling/routing

Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

  • Have computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office skills    
  • Reliable and dependable
