Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings internally and with clients/vendors
  • Assist clients that visit the office to pay for services/products
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform data management and store documents
  • Coordinate with support teams on protocol updates
  • Create reports and spreadsheets
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields required
  • Property Management/Real Estate experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
