We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Delivery Service Representative for our East Valley location. As a Non-CDL Delivery Service Representative, you will drive a company vehicle on an established route to deliver or assist the delivery of products to customers. Duties include restocking and rotating our products while putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.


  • Hourly rate - $18.00 - $19.00/hour (Depending on previous experience)
  • Tuesday – Friday work week (4 x 10-hour shifts with 3 Day weekends)

  • This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join Hensley Beverage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform a pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection as required by AZDOT.
  • Work with Operations Leadership to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild backstock, shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up
  • Verify product at departure, delivery, and return, based on daily need
  • Record transactions, obtain signatures and handle all payments in a secure, safe, and orderly manner
  • Deliver product to the appropriate place at the account, pick up empty containers/kegs or beer as instructed or required as part of the daily delivery procedure
  • Make suggestions to meet customer's needs and emphasize the selling points of the product
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate designated account information to Sales Representatives and Operations Leadership
  • Maintain proper maintenance and cleanliness of all Operational equipment
  • Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Operations Leadership
  • Follow safety protocol and training while always maintaining safety measures


  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current/valid Arizona Driver's License
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Good communication skills and cheerful disposition

  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (165) lbs for keg product
  • Must be able to work holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide a cell phone allowance
  • Previous beverage industry experience is helpful, but not necessary


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspond with pertinent co-workers. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.


Ability to count cases/products on delivery load and accurately keep track. Manage invoices and payment adjustments for each retail account.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several unanticipated but common variables in everyday situations.


Must maintain a current Driver's license.
