As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be working as a part of a team to provide our growing client base with top-notch service and support.

- This isn't your first rodeo. You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or software support role.
- Provide over-the-top concierge level service to customers
- Answer questions and resolve issues via telephone, email, chat and / or remote access, coordinating with cross functional departments when necessary to see issues through to resolution
- Build relationships with our customers and advocate new features and ideas on their behalf
- Identify common customer issues and document processes used to correct issues, reporting consistent problems to our engineering team
- Proactively learn and master Hello Innovation's latest innovations
- Provide customer training on our solutions and their features
- Share successes and new ideas with team members to help achieve both personal and team goals
- Assist with other key projects as needed

Currently, our team is working remotely due to COVID-19, but we will reopen our offices once it's safe. This position will have the option to either continue to work remotely or to work based out of our Detroit, MI office.
