This individual will work with our Customer Service team answering calls, taking orders, entering tickets into our system.
Ideally this candidate will be able to multitask, be friendly/deal with customers, and have basic computer knowledge (MS word, Excel, Outlook). If the individual has experience with RTMS it is a plus, but not a requirement as we can teach the person how to use the system. The job description is below. We are looking for candidates in the 13-20 per hour range.
Customer Service Representative Compile daily, ready line equipment inventories from all locations into single inventory point. Manage single inventory point as equipment is added or removed throughout day. Obtain and document all required customer charge information for outgoing delivery tickets. Create and process delivery tickets for outgoing shipments throughout day using BASIS system Create and process return tickets for incoming shipments throughout day using BASIS system Match supporting documents with delivery and return tickets. Sort and file all tickets into corresponding customer files. Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate location. Monitor offsite inventories and Geoforce reports daily. Process returns and delivery tickets to correspond with offsite inventories and Geoforce reports daily. Communicate with supervisor on all internal and external issues Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor. Clerical dispatching.
