Digital Automotive Account Manager
Helium SEO is hiring an Account Manager as the project lead to join our Automotive division. This opportunity is available fully remote. You will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on the digital marketing initiatives for assigned dealers. You will be in direct contact with the Client and should maintain these relationships.
It is the objective of the Digital Automotive Account Manager to secure the Clients confidence as a digital advertising professional who can support their digital marketing and advertising strategies and initiatives and providing upselling opportunities on other digital products and services the client does not currently have.
Role expectations include:
Oversee the execution of digital plans for assigned dealers
Develop strong relationships with dealers and general managers at your stores
Monitor dealer business weekly in GA and Google Ads to ensure strategy & metrics are successful, including: web analytics, search performance, social platform performance and paid search and display
Monthly reporting with dealers to review performance, understand current needs and trends, upcoming opportunities
You have 2+ years of experience in the Automotive industry
Must have client-facing experience and feel personally invested in client success
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and see projects through to completion
You have a high sensitivity to client happiness, and can easily tell when a client isnt sharing what they feel
You are calm under pressure and can help clients feel great about their campaign
You are a highly skilled communicator and enjoy engaging with others
You are extremely self-aware and continually strive to improve
You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Extremely goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
B2B client relationship management experience, within a digital marketing agency would be a plus!
Experience planning and executing SEO, social media, content and local search marketing campaigns
Contagious enthusiasm for the web industry and technologies
Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions
Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year SEO specific experience
Experience with WordPress and basic HTML, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Hubspot, and other SEO analytics tools
Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other industry digital marketing and analytics tools preferred
