Property Manager

Heirloom is one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the Duluth-Superior area, and we're looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team. We have great systems and structure for someone with or without property management experience (we will teach you!), and the person in this position will be an important part of one of our portfolio teams. Property management has no shortage of challenges, and this role will be focused on the maintenance needs of our tenants and properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and resolve concerns
• Monitor completion of work orders, ensuring timely and quality completion
• Recommend improvements to be made to existing properties
• Partner with team to share information and contribute to process creation/improvement

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Two or more years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems, create positive outcomes, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software
