Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The individual should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with policy inquiries and provide information on available insurance products
• Educate customers on their insurance policy coverage and benefits
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance policies and regulations
• Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay informed about company updates

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and regulations
• Must be able to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days
