We are New Car Franchise with an Automotive Repair shop, a growing, fast-paced and forward-thinking auto repair shop and we are looking for a Superhero Service Advisor/Manager to join our fun band of merry misfits, someone who "gets" it and who wants to change the auto repair world one car at a time, one customer at a time while managing the day-to-day operations.

The Service Manager leads the team to deliver exceptional value to our customers on a continuous basis. The Service Manager at Heather Cannon Honda will also be a Service Advisor that Plans, trains, leads, and monitors the performance of, service technicians, to promote customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. The Service Manager must have strong managerial qualities to organize and motivate a team and to hold each team member accountable for outstanding performance on a daily basis. Must be willing to accept accountability for operational and financial performance of the service departments.

Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
Oversees employee training and development
Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
Maintains customer service records
Ensures a safe working environment
Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling etc. is required
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills
Basic understanding of business management
Valid driver's license with good driving record
We are especially interested if the candidate has five (5) years’ experience in the automotive service and repair industry but we will consider qualified candidates with less experience!
