Job Description

Heartline Fitness is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in our Frederick MD Warehouse. As Warehouse Manager, you will be trained in aspects of Heartline Fitness’ delivery and install operations and managing a team of assemblers and installers.  Heartline uses an advanced and customized CRM/ERP system, NetSuite, to manage its operations and key performance indicators (KPI's). Through this system, we achieve operational excellence and communicate as one team to execute our brand promises to our customers and vendors. 

We are looking for an individual that looks forward to employee, client, and vendor interaction and can multi-task on a high level as a manager for our Order Fulfillment & Installation Division.  Experience in warehouse logistics, staff management, product assembly, product testing, handling incoming/outbound calls and emails, scheduling, and order tracking are ideal.

The position requires an exceptionally organized and dependable candidate with the commitment and the drive to work as a team. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must to keep customers and employees fully informed and motivated.



  • Manage, train, and recruit top installers and assemblers to staff the delivery and install operations.

  • Handle product tracking and scheduling of jobs for internal projects as well as 3rd party installs.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times

  • Perform quarterly cycle counts on inventory to ensure accuracy.

  • Be a problem solver and operational innovator within the company as Heartline is a growth company and change is a constant.



  • Experience working in a warehouse setting 

  • Experience in shipping & inventory management 

  • 1-2 years NetSuite/Salesforce or comparable CRM experience in a warehouse or supply chain management required; training in our use of NetSuite will be provided.
