Average performers will earn up to $65K-$95K. All-Stars will earn up to $250K+ in the form of uncapped commissions.

Due to growth and expansion in the Eastern Pennsylvania Market, we are looking for an Outside Sales Territory Relationships Manager.   • Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and/or in a related field
  • Must be able to work with internal as well as external partners
  • Must be able to provide the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of benefits of Heartland services and products
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to commute to clients
  • Solid network and a prior book of business
  • Ambitious, go-getter attitude, and headhunter mindset


  • Prospecting for B2B customers in all industries
  • Will be running dynamic sales presentations on our business technologies solutions
  • Explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM on your iPad or tablet
  • Closing sales of our business solutions services (Payment Processing, Payroll / HR, Customer Engagement, Capital, POS)
  • Maintaining client relations by providing updates on products and services
  • Working independently while maintaining close communication with Sales Management


  • This is a W2, full benefits position
  • 1st Year Outside Sales Territory Relationships Managers (potential earnings) = $65K- $95K+
    • Uncapped Commissions
    • Top Performers earn $250K+
