Full Time Patient Acquisition and Scheduling Coordinator, Monday - Friday, daytime hours.

The primary focus of this position is coordinating and monitoring therapy appointments within our vision therapy service so that a steady flow of patients occurs as some patients finish therapy and other patients are needed to fill those therapy sessions. So the ability to build and maintain relationships with people is of utmost importance. That is also one of the most rewarding aspects of the position. Excellent organizational and computer skills are a must with a love of seeing the details come together to make the big picture work. Frequent duties include answering the phones, scheduling patients, confirming appointments.
We can train the technical aspects of the job, but we can't train personality. The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Most importantly, the candidate must be a friendly individual who has a passion for helping others and a comforting demeaner
- Sales and marketing background, the power of persuasion is an essential ability
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to details
- Is at ease with computers and software with above average typing skills and speed
- Be a good problem solver
- Have high self-awareness and self-motivation
The base salary for the position will start near $33,000/year with commission. The total compensation package is expected to reach $38,000 - $45,000 plus benefits. Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
