Job Description

The Advertising Creative Designer role involves researching what is effective for reaching a specific target audience and developing advertising strategies that can increase conversion. You will work closely with clients to convey a message using type, photography, illustration, color and copy. Utilizing both social ad networks and email marketing as the primary medium to deliver the ad creative. Creating eye-catching advertisements with compelling copy and working through approvals to launch affective campaigns is the primary goal. Must have great communication skills and must be able to communicate with management or clients to determine the appropriate direction of a project. In addition, this role will require a keen eye for details with the ability to provide graphic oversight across the IMS teams when advertising customers have multiple products like – Display, Web and Email Marketing. Through this we will create creative synergy across the marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Ability to create compelling Graphic Ads.
· Ability to create original handmade graphics.
· Ability to create conversion ready compelling Ad copy.
· Ability to create and test email HTML templates to ensure delivery and usability.
· Ability to work within and test Ad standards within all social networks.
· Ability to research and test new creative to ensure campaign evolution as we push for results.
· Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
· Effectively manages all projects assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
· Ability to provide graphic oversight across teams.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

The incumbent/candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated. The incumbent/candidate must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator are preferred. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
