RN Case Manager (Local Telephonic Remote until April 2021)
Tempe, AZ

Daily Responsibilities: 

  • This position is strictly Telephonic work, talking with members about their healthcare needs
  • Will create a care plan, will be coordinating with provider offices, arranging transportation, and providing overall member education.

Requirements:

  • Clear and Active RN License
  • Must have 2+ years of clinical nursing experience/case management experience
  • Knowledge or previous experience in managed care strongly preferred. Medicare / Medicaid experience preferred.

Hours for this Position:

  • M-F, 8:00-5:00
