Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for an Contract Program Auditor provide services for a LA County-run Program. The Programs Objective is to investigate and oversee cases/outbreaks related to COVI D-19 in settings that include, but are not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), shelters and encampments for people experiencing homelessness (PEH), congregate living settings, worksites, schools, daycares, and places of worship.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through July 30, 2021.
$7,306 per month (Salary, Working a minimum of 40 hours a week)
12 holiday days
12 sick days (accrued)
10 vacation days (accrued)
Employer Fully Funded Healthcare (Anthem Blue Cross), Dental and Vision, Life Insurance from Initial Start Date.
Employee will be working a minimum of 8 hours a day between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM.
Two years' experience in an administrative or staff capacity assisting in the planning, developing, monitoring, evaluating, or auditing of health or social service contracts or programs
- OR -A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college and three years' experience providing direct health or social program services, one year of which must have been in program planning and evaluation, program development, research and analysis, or other administrative functions
•Windows-based laptop or desktop device, with a speaker pandemic
•Reliable Wi-fi/internet access;
•Excellent oral and written communication skills;
•Strong project management and leadership skills;
•Able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals;
•Strong analytical skills;
•Strong knowledge of and experience with data entry; and
•Strong experience with interpreting and applying federal Single Audit grants reporting requirements and contract/agreement requirements.
a) Audit and evaluate services provided by 0MB and CCIB;
b)Analyze, review, evaluate, and monitor ELC Grant funds and internal control systems for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards;
c) Draft written audit reports, which include the development of specific recommendations for the improvement of administrative and operational control measures;
d) Assist In the preparation, management, and monitoring of grant expenditures, and ensure budgetary integrity and control;
e) Provide technical assistance to contracted agencies regarding deficiencies and credentialing/re-credentialing requirements;
f) Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal Information; and
g) Accept responsibility for other duties as assigned.
