Do you love to teach, train and help others succeed through the development of their skills? If so, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our team.

This position will work closely with leadership to assist in the design, delivery and administration of technical training. Primary focus is on coordination of new employee training, technical system changes, and ongoing training for billing, follow-up, cash posting, total quality assurance and self-pay employees. The coordinator will consistently seek to make a positive impact on performance metrics in the delivery of learning initiatives.


  • Associations Degree or 2+ years of experience administrating training programs

  • AAHAM CRCP Certification required within first 12 months of employment

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Experience creating video recordings of training sessions a plus

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills, team interaction/effectiveness

  • Advanced computer skills including, MS Office suite, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, strong curiosity for new technology

  • Self-motivated and results oriented; able to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks effectively and able to work effectively with hard deadlines

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation
