Healthcare Resource Group is seeking talented bilingual inbound/outbound call center representatives for our Self Pay Division. Your primary job duties will be providing solutions for patient outbound and inbound calls; these solutions can include account information, payment processing, payment plan set up and counseling about available financial aid programs.

- Bilingual English-Spanish is a MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work an 11:30 am – 8 pm Monday-Friday schedule
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills
- Previous experience with insurance billing or health care support is a huge plus
