Location: Oregon
Our call center is looking to fill a few openings for a work from home, medical insurance follow-up representative in the state of Oregon. Our corporate office is located in Lakewood, CO. The insurance follow-up representative essential duties will be Commercial, Managed Care, and Medicaid insurance billing, and insurance claim follow-up resulting in resolution and payment.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have Medical Insurance Billing and follow-up experience
- Medicaid Experience
- Medicare Billing Experience
- Must have appeals experience
- Possess excellent phone and customer service skills and abilities
- Able to communicate effectively
- Organized
- Dependable
- Resourceful
- Accurate and thorough in performing work assignments.
- Able to identify, analyze and solve problem
- Work well independently as well as with a team
- Meet the established goals for contacts and collections
- High speed internet
- A quiet work space, void of distractions or background noises
Bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
