Independent Insurance Agent

Job description: An Independent Insurance Agent contributes to HealthQuest’s mission of providing healthcare education and expertise to our clients about their insurance options by building and maintaining a book of business.

Responsibilities:

An Independent Insurance Agent has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Become licensed or current license with an appointment in Arkansas

• Maintain licensure with CE Credits and renew licenses

• Be willing to learn and be trained to succeed in this industry

• Work with clients and prospects to meet their insurance needs

• Touch base with clients on a regular basis

• Marketing and networking to grow a personal business and reach

• Keep and maintain an information database

Requirements:

An Independent Insurance Agent should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Sales Experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Prospecting Skills Experience (a plus, not needed)

• Communication skills (group & individual settings)

• Access to Technology

• Self Motivated

HealthQuest Insurance Services LLC’s mission: HealthQuest is dedicated to providing a variety of insurance products (Medicare, U65, Final Expense, Life Insurance, & Financial Services) to a few specific markets. If you have experience in certain products or markets please include that in your application.
