Inside Sales Executive (Territory Business Manager)

Our sales position requires a high achiever with a strong personality and a desire to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace. Previous INSIDE Sales Experience is a must plus demonstrated experience in relationship management, territory management and cold calling within an inside environment that could propel you to a periodic outside opportunity when the need arises; all are parts of the requirement for this position.

Our sales personnel must be able to adapt to our Consultative Sales approach which aligns itself with the company’s value-added service philosophy and continue to promote Health Coalition, as a strategic business partner to existing customers and prospective customers. Must be able to build strong lasting relationships •Must be able to reach and or exceed sales quotas and other periodic goals and objectives set by management.

Remote employee will complete his requirements from home, we will provide proper training and all tools needed for employee to be able to be successful.

Requirements

•Experience in Territory and Relationship Management •Experience with Inside Sales is a must •Excellent Communication Skills with a Strong Command of English Language (verbal and written) •Self motivated and an Independent worker

Primary focus is nationwide lead generation assistance to sales force over the phone; outbound calling to Physician’s offices, Hospitals, Infusion Centers, Veterinary Clinics and Pharmacies, as assigned by the Director of Sales, providing information on the company and key product offerings.

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for generating leads and at least 5 competitive notes a day. Call volume will be monitored and the Associate must be able to complete 10 outbound calls per hour to equal at least 80 calls a day or 3 hours of phone time.

The Territory Business Manager must keep the Director of Sales involved in their daily progress with Accounts and provide feedback accordingly.

Required experience:

  • Minimum of Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Inside Sales (minimum 2 years in one position)
