Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our revenue cycle outsource vendor, which supports health systems and physician groups. The CEO will be responsible for managing the overall strategy, vision, and operations of the company, as well as developing and maintaining key relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership and business development within the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the revenue cycle and the challenges that health systems and physician groups face.


  • Develop and implement the overall strategic vision for the company, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and serve as the face of the company in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the senior leadership team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability for achieving business goals.
  • Drive business development efforts, including sales and marketing strategies, to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.
  • Ensure the company operates in compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the revenue cycle and the challenges that health systems and physician groups face, as well as a track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams and drive accountability for achieving business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
