- Develops and authors technical training content
- Reports into Training Lead
- Design and develop curriculum content, training materials, training modules, and teaching aids to ensure comprehension and retention.
- Ability to translate technical application into consumable content via multiple mediums.
- Utilize adult learning principles to develop all instructional materials.
- Concurrently coordinates multiple training initiatives.
- Work closely with vendors and consultants to understand new technology being implemented.
- Collaborate with Training Lead on specific projects to fully understand scope and training schedule.
- Meet with subject matter experts to clarify training requirements, preparing course training materials and delivering the final product.
- Develop comprehensive training scenarios, example datasets, relevant teaching points, procedural steps, and real world examples.
- Establish training feedback process to identify improvements resulting in increased effectiveness.
