Training Content Developer

Role:

  • Develops and authors technical training content
  • Reports into Training Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop curriculum content, training materials, training modules, and teaching aids to ensure comprehension and retention.
  • Ability to translate technical application into consumable content via multiple mediums.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to develop all instructional materials.
  • Concurrently coordinates multiple training initiatives.
  • Work closely with vendors and consultants to understand new technology being implemented.
  • Collaborate with Training Lead on specific projects to fully understand scope and training schedule.
  • Meet with subject matter experts to clarify training requirements, preparing course training materials and delivering the final product.
  • Develop comprehensive training scenarios, example datasets, relevant teaching points, procedural steps, and real world examples.
  • Establish training feedback process to identify improvements resulting in increased effectiveness.
