We have 2 different opportunities for you to consider:
Detox Nurse-West Loop:
- Nurses play a vital role in helping patients undergoing drug rehabilitation. Delivering nursing care to patients withdrawing from drugs and alcohol and requiring treatment and healthcare at our West Loop location. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/RN in the state of Illinois.
Health Navigator-West Loop:
- This role will assist in increasing knowledge and awareness around HIV and PrEP, and ensuring access to testing, medical care, and recovery support services. This position is an integral part of the coordinated care the Health & Wellness Department provides to individuals at risk of contracting HIV.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH HIV POPULATION PREFERRED
