Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern Pennsylvania is an 86 licensed bed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues. We offer innovative, customized treatment in both inpatient and outpatient programs, customizing our care based on your individual needs and preferences.

As a member of the Leadership Team you will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership while providing day-to-day management and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions. This will include recruitment and selection, new-hire on-boarding and orientation, employee benefits and compensation, employee relations and engagement, legal and regulatory compliance, wage and hour (FLSA), ADA and FMLA compliance, worker’s compensation & unemployment administration, HRIS and recordkeeping administration, employee/supervisory training and development, performance management and HR policy / payroll support.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to take HR to the next level by helping to develop a strategic vision, while also evaluating local organizational needs and executing initiatives that deliver forward thinking, results-driven and strategic operations in a growth environment.
HR Certification highly preferred.
HR Management experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
