Hatshe Blends is expanding its sales team nationally and seeking several experienced, talented and personable Customer Account Representatives. We are looking for high-performance account reps that are the best in the industry. The role of a Customer Account Representative will be full-time, working with Retail Locations (supermarkets, Doctors’ offices, CBD Stores ect.) daily.
The Primary focus will be fostering relationships with owners, buyers and managers (decision makers).
Duties and Responsibilities. Employee’s primary duty is to promote the sale of the Company’s products through direct sales. The employee is also responsible for establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships and building the Company and Company’s brands and products within their assigned business sector.
Employee’s duties include but are not limited to:
(a) Calling on and creating new customers in your business sector to promote and sell the Company’s products, take sales orders for those products, and build and maintain good customer relations;
(b) Keeping up to date on the Company’s products, services, pricing, promotions, terms and conditions of sales and other relevant information;
(c) Preparing and submitting all required paperwork relating to sales, customers and expenses in a timely and accurate manner;
(d) Maintaining a positive, professional, customer-friendly attitude that promote sales and represents the Company in a positive manner;
(e) Attending and participating in Company meetings as requested;
(f) Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, training and other events as requested by the Company;
(g) To ensure they can provide strong insight to support selling with their customers, Employee will be responsible for keeping current with market and competitive trends in their business sector. Could include but not limited to conducting periodic competitive market surveys on pricing, packaging, branding, marketing, and ad hoc assignments requested by the Company;
(h) Immediately reporting to the Company any injury, vehicle accident, traffic violations, arrest or conviction.
(j) Complying with the Company’s lawful requests, policies and practices.
GENERAL JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Customer Account Representatives will provide weekly pre-plans detailing customers who need attention and the specific needs to be addressed. Calling 8 to 10 accounts per day should be the goal. Pre-plans should include notes detailing the results from the previous week’s activity.
Quotas shall be assigned each month. These may include overall dollar volume, new accounts opened, placement of specific product with Retailers not previously carrying them, monthly dollar volume with specific Supplier products, planning and executing a set number of employee education events etc.
Customer Account Representatives shall work closely with their team to coordinate in-shop demo days and employee education events.
- · HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- · Bachelors or Associates in business or equivalent preferred.
- · 3+ years strong Sales experience in competitive markets.
- · Preferably currently living in the United States.
- · Must have valid driver’s license, reliable automobile and proof of insurance
