Clinical Director Job Description

Join a dynamic team of BCBAs and RBTs in a BHCOE accredited ABA center, and our soon to be expansion into in-home settings. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA) by supervising our BCBAs and RBTs. We also have several graduate students that will receive practicum supervision. This program has a strong emphasis on both increasing appropriate skills and reducing problem behaviors with our focus being early intervention, ages 18 months through 6 years old.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Clinical Director will supervise the BCBAs and manage the day to day operations of the center-based and in-home ABA Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide supervision of BCBAs and RBTs in the department
  • Communicate with the Director of Operations regarding all ABA Program projects, clients, challenges and development
  • Review client files
  • Speak with clients and clients’ family members when needed
  • Provide training to staff
  • Proficient knowledge and implementation of VB-MAPP, ABLLS-r, and AFLS
  • Knowledge and experience with PEAK and Essentials for Living are preferred
  • Ability to discipline and manage both BCBAs and RBTs as needed
  • Review and discuss treatment of clients with interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
  • Active BCBA Certification, required
