Job Title- Administrative Assistant
Location: Creve Coeur, MO
Duration: 5 Months
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Calendaring of managers schedule
Maintain expense reporting.
Arrange group meetings
Supporting four managers
Requires a high school diploma with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is require.
Concur expense reporting system
SAP / Ariba / Procurement background
Google Tools (Google Doc, sheets, slides)
Mainly will schedule calendars, complete expense reports and schedule travel. Other responsibilities could be added on if the worker is efficient, accurate and detailed.
