Part-Time Client Care Specialist Position

Harv Eker International is looking for an experienced Client Care Specialist to assist in day-to-day tasks and various responsibilities to support our amazing students. Pay starts at $13/hour with an opportunity for increase after a 90-day evaluation period.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to current/potential clients via our phone system, email, and live chat in an extremely timely manner (while paying very close attention to detail)
Troubleshooting with current/potential clients as issues arise with our programs and products
Setting up subscriptions for different HEI programs/products
Processing payments for different HEI programs/products
Experience and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in client care or related field
Exceptional customer service skills and friendly personality
Personable and professional on all forms of communication
Computer knowledge: Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.
Infusionsoft knowledge a plus, but not required
Technology Savvy (our business is completely online/virtual)
Great problem solver
Easily trainable and coachable (fast learner)
In order to be considered for the position you must have a:
Strong Internet connection (an absolute must!)
Headset for clear phone calls
Flexible schedule TBD but will include some flexible weekends
