Job Description

We are actively seeking an Evening Receptionist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Answer telephones
Provide information and excellent customer service to families and guests for a busy funeral home.
Respectfully greet and direct families to visitation rooms
Maintain calendar and coordinate funeral service schedule and information with counselors and cemeteries

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills required
Must have a caring and professional demeanor
Bi-lingual helpful (English/Spanish)
Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
