Program Manager (Tech Giants, Fintech companies, Financial Services) CONTRACT Hybrid

Please submit candidates who have worked with either big fintech companies/financial institutions or big tech giants. Also, we need to focus on candidates who have worked on large projects (scope of project/work handled should be large).

Candidates hired for this role will be required to start onsite from Day 1 following hybrid work option, 2 to 3 days in office. Candidates who are local to either Tampa or Dallas HIGHLY preferred.

Owns assigned opportunities, On-going management and tracking of in-flight projects. Contributing to Best Practices, Managing all stakeholders. Reporting at a project and portfolio level. Define and manage overall project risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate those risks Provide clear and timely communication regarding the status of the portfolio schedule, budget, progress to date, risks etc. - to relevant stakeholders Drive continuous improvement of project processes methodology, templates, best practices etc. based on lessons learned from projects.

MUST HAVE

Experience defining and managing overall project risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate those risks.

Experience Providing clear and timely communication regarding the status of the portfolio schedule, budget, progress to date, risks etc. - to relevant stakeholders .

Experience driving continuous improvement of project processes methodology, templates, best practices etc. based on lessons learned from projects.
