Prominent, upscale fine dining restaurant seeks General Manager/Director of Operations to spearhead the opening of new fine dining seafood restaurant new to the Nashville market. This is a very successful concept, with culinary operations directed by talented Chefs. Projected annual sales volume $12 Million+ Must enjoy guest interaction, staff mentoring, community outreach, and beverage operations. Patio dining along with event/catering space for social and corporate meetings. Will have full P&L responsibility.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hospitality Degree
- 7-10 years of upscale fine dining, or luxury hotel F & B expertise
- Exceptional training and customer service skills
- Excellent wine (Sommelier) and craft cocktail knowledge
