We are currently seeking a Manager, Client Services to join our Harmony team focused on large enterprise projects.

The primary responsibility of the Manager, Client Services is to inspire growth individually and collectively. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of five Client Services Managers who are tasked with oversight of large & strategic projects for Harmony Healthcare. This position requires a dynamic person that can multi-task, delegate, and manage employees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate and help drive weekly project goals with each Client Services Manager (CSM)

o Help ensure CSM’s communication of timely updates and expectations between all assignment stakeholders including client contacts, internal recruiters, operations, travel and accounting departments

o Assist CSM’s with meeting and presentation of Project Deliverables & KPI’s

· Drive individuals & team to achieve monthly metrics through accountability

· Develop Culture:

o Oversight of ensuring any potential conflicts or project issues are dealt with in real time

o Ensure CSM team adherence to internal operational policies and procedures

o Lead daily huddles to establish goals and accountabilities

o Develop and perform desk audits

· Track project statuses and sales pipelines

· Consistently audit Bullhorn and maintain accuracy of database

o Review & approve Offer Letters & Contracts

o Drive timely approvals for weekly timecards

· Manage the organizations key internal operational processes for tracking project performance

· Promote the meeting of best practices & hold accountabilities for proper presentation of potential job orders & packet submissions

o Role play through packets to ensure confident delivery of information and ideas for successful delivery

· Drive Sales:

· Develop unique call plans for driving business by uncovering new human capital opportunities within existing healthcare client relationships

· Focus on major client development when outbound

· Review leads and distribute to team with guidance and advice when possible

· Review and Distribute Job Ads

· Serve as second chair on scheduled sales calls with Client Solutions team

· Review and help drive CSM’s sales pipelines

· Work with CSM’s to develop recruitment plans for open and potential internal job orders

· Active listening to daily calls

· Coordinate Modality growth through competition and accountability

Management of Senior Coding Quality Auditor:

· Monitor and address weekly Project Tracking sheet and Audit Tracking sheet

o This covers certain items such as internal audits, testing, education with coders, special projects, etc.

· Responsibilities for Senior Coding Quality Auditor also include:

· Random spot checks on consultant logs

· Random audits for applicable clients

General:

· Work with Manager, Recruitment Solutions to establish monthly revenue goals and projections

· Be the #1 critic for all recruiter activations & submittals

· Lift high performers through public recognition

· Assist back office with client issues concerning Accounts Receivable & other approvals

· Oversee AE’s with internal compliance audits to ensure spend control and effectiveness

· Plan for and attend weekly leadership Meeting

· Teach & assist AE’s and CSM’s with building client presentations/proposals & RFPs
