Job Description

We are local family owned business. We take exceptional pride in our home improvement projects, so that our customers homes, look beautiful are more energy efficient and adds value to their homes. We also offer the best warranties in the industry on both the product and labor.

The administrator/receptionist is how we have and keep happy customers at Harley Exteriors. You will be the customer's main point of contact during the beginning of their home improvement project. If you are self-motivated and can multi-task then you will thrive in our work environment.
The job requires data entry, warranty packages, and also customer service calls. Looking for an office administrator with a customer service background. We are a home improvement company and we need someone who is detail oriented. Come join us with a good attitude and willingness to work hard! We are Harley Exteriors, Inc. located in Canyon Park, Bothell area.
Hours 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Effective communication with Reps, Customers, Installers & Vendors
*Accuracy for writing/typing up detailed orders for our manufacturers
*Organize, monitor, and continually update project schedule in LeadPerfection
*Strong computers skills (Word, Excel, Adobe)
*Editing and error finding when reviewing acknowledgments from our manufacturers
*Great attitude and highly dependable
*Seek and identify solutions for challenges on a project
*Raise awareness immediately to manager regarding potential problems or extra charges not included in scope of job
*Respond to communications from customers in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

*Experience in construction field a plus
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*1 years or less of administrative experience
*1 years or less of construction experience helpful but not required

Hours required: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
