Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues as well as some light administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer phone calls and respond to customer emails
  • Enter and process phone orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide technical information about various products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, questions, and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and via email
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In short, we need someone that is reliable, willing to learn, and has a "whatever it takes" attitude! Looking to fill this position immediately!
