We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues as well as some light administrative duties.
- Receive customer phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Enter and process phone orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide technical information about various products
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, questions, and concerns
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and via email
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
