Looking for former Tradespeople!

 

Hardhat is construction staffing company started in 2002.

 

We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager for our Herndon, VA branch.

 

You will spend 80% of your time outside selling on construction jobsites and to contractors.

We are seeking salespeople with experience in the Trades, Project Management, Site Leadership. Experience levels of all types are welcome to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

· Present and sell company services to new and some existing customers

· Prospect and contact potential customers

· Reach targeted sales goals.

· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

· Target Job Sites to meet new clients

 

Qualifications:

· Trade knowledge a plus

· Familiarity with CRM platforms

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong negotiation skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

 

We are looking for someone who can generate new business in a growing new market for us. If you have construction staffing experience or construction experience in general that would be a big plus. Please submit your resume for review.
