JOB DETAILS: Assist in all aspects of equipment and parts procurement, inventory control, and maintenance scheduling. Assist in issuing purchase orders. Facilitate the weekly collection and allocation of all work requests per procedure including general work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and informal requests. Complete associated data entry. Provide a weekly back log report of open work orders/tasks. Coordinate revisions, additions, or eliminations of facility and production PM tasks including adding/removing equipment as needed. Maintain electronic documentation. Interface with vendors and contractors to track and expedite work. Assist in verifying deliveries and approving invoices. Identify, catalog, maintain, and warehouse a reasonable inventory of all related spare parts as requested. Maintain working inventory of housekeeping expendables. Conduct periodic review of cataloged inventories adding and deleting as required. Assist facilities maintenance department with general building maintenance tasks. Assist production maintenance with PMs and/or repairs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, 1 – 2 years company or industry experience, preferably in a cGMP or other regulated environment. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously. Familiarity with MP2 or similar database is desirable. Prior experience is a regulated industry is desired.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
