Project Coordinator

Hanes Geo Components, a division of Leggett & Platt, in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator. Hanes converts and distributes erosion control and soil stabilization products to distributors and contractors throughout the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Identify bid opportunities for each state’s Department of Transportation (DOT), including providing estimates and quotes for DOT projects
• Provide technical sales support, coordinating prototyping, sampling and production trial needs
• Update the database by tracking projects, customers, quoted prices and competitive information to support current and future project development
• Additional responsibilities include qualifying products, providing specs on products, and frequently reviewing DOT requirements for products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Candidates must have a working knowledge of the construction industry, and be both technical and analytical
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
