Job Description

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone.
Sell Memberships, Gift Cards, Packages, Upgrades and retail products.
Check in clients through booking system.
Communicate with service providers to provide a seamless experience for clients.
Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care.
Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance.
Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the spa.
Various other duties.

Key Qualifications:
Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Prior computer experience
Self-motivated, mature and reliable
Friendly and approachable
