Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant that has sales experience for a locally owned and operated plumbing fixture company. Candidates are to be professional in both presentation and demeanor as they are the first face of the company upon entry.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greeting potential clients in a professional and welcoming way
  • Directing customers to various designers and sales associates
  • Assisting in the process of opening and closing sales
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring to requested party

Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Basic Point of sales (POS) system knowledge
  • Experience in a sales setting is required
  • Minimum of Associates degree is preferred but not required
