We are looking for an administrative assistant that has sales experience for a locally owned and operated plumbing fixture company. Candidates are to be professional in both presentation and demeanor as they are the first face of the company upon entry.
- Greeting potential clients in a professional and welcoming way
- Directing customers to various designers and sales associates
- Assisting in the process of opening and closing sales
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring to requested party
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel
- Impeccable communication skills
- Basic Point of sales (POS) system knowledge
- Experience in a sales setting is required
- Minimum of Associates degree is preferred but not required
