Foreign Trade Zone Administrator

We are looking for an FTZ Administrator for a rapidly growing 3PL in the Clements Ferry area of Charleston. This position will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to management, ensuring all operations and business is handled smoothly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Superior time management abilities and a strong apt for multitasking
  • Above average user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel)
  • Ability to accurately convey and communicate information to customers and internal team
  • Sense of urgency
  • Self-Starter
  • In tune to priorities and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Job Duties (subject to change- including but not limited to):

  • Track orders and liaise with peers and customers vital information when relevant
  • Receive and process orders
  • Ensure key account information remains up-to-date
  • Coordinate work flow through supply chain
  • Leave a polished, professional impression on clients and other industry professionals
