Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator for a Charleston based University.  The incumbent of this position is responsible for academic, administrative, executive, and operations support for the Dean's Office  Candidates should have the following represented on a professional resume:

Job Duties: 

  • Planning, coordinating, and performing executive level administrative support services
  • Overseeing the day to day operational activities of the Deans Office to provide operational continuity
  • Assisting faculty and staff with procurement of goods and services
  • Maintaining SME knowledge regarding APT process including but not limited to timekeeping systems, appointments, policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support in development of reports produced by the Deans office. 

All candidates must also be professional in both demeanor and appearance.
