A locally owned and operated company is looking for experienced administrative assistants in Charleston, SC. Candidates must be professional in both appearance and demeanor and asked to have the following


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Be analytical, organized, detail-oriented, professional, reliable, flexible, motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Administrative Job Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • General clerical/secretarial duties
  • Typing & emailing estimates and change orders
  • Filing
  • Order office supplies
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bookkeeping/data entry
  • Managing company calendar
